The results have been positively amazing and dramatic on my overall health from head to toe. Likewise, boost of energy from the capsules taken every morning. The raw honey tastes delicious when l put half a teaspoon in brown rice and Goya pink beans mixed together with virgin olive oil. For now, until l can gather more information that raw honey won’t increase my blood sugar, only taking half teaspoon a week.
